Terms of use
Last updated September 15, 2026
These terms cover tenbandlogic.com and the Patient Contact Kit. When you use the site or buy the Kit, you agree to them.
Who I am
TenBand is run by Harsh Pahurkar.
Business name and address: TenBand Logic Inc., 1200 Sample Street SW, Suite 400, Calgary, Alberta T2P 0A1
Email: harsh@tenbandlogic.com
The services
The 45-Day Chair Test, the Recovery Program, the Night Shift, and the Second Counter each start after a call.
Each service starts with a written agreement that we both sign. If that agreement and this page say different things, the agreement wins.
The guarantees
The guarantees on the clinics page and the rental yards page are part of what I sell, and I keep them.
The 45-Day Chair Test: if fewer than fifteen patients come in by day 45, you get money back for each empty chair. Email me within 14 days after day 45 to claim it. The Night Shift and the Second Counter: if it is not running within seven days, you pay nothing. If a caller is left stuck, that month is free. Email me within 30 days of the call to claim it.
Example numbers
The dollar numbers on this site are examples to show the math. They are not a promise of what you will make. What you make depends on your own patients or callers, your prices, your team, and your market.
The Patient Contact Kit
- The Kit is a digital product. You get the link as soon as you pay.
- It is for your own clinic. Do not share the link or sell copies of the Kit.
- The Kit explains the rules and gives you templates. It is not legal advice. Ask your own lawyer before you contact patients.
- For refunds, see the refund policy.
